释义	厂子转让了债务由转让后的厂子承担。厂子在转让时，应该通知债权人，争取其同意，如果没有通知债权人，那么对债权人无效。就是依然可以向原厂子要求承担债务责任。因为在厂子转让时一般是债务也要一并转让。如果中间有争议的，可以上诉法院。依照法律规定应当由国家批准的合同，需经原批准机关批准。但是法律另有规定或者原合同另有约定的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
