释义	法律分析：不会影响就业，只是无正当理由连续6个月不交纳团费的，按自行脱团处理。团员应自觉地向所在团组织交纳团费。如有特殊情况不能亲自交纳或不能按月交纳时，经团支部委员会同意，可以委托其他团员代为交纳或预交、补交，预交、补交的时间一般不得超过6个月。法律依据：《中国共产主义青年团章程》‍ 第十一条团员没有正当理由，连续六个月不交纳团费、不过团的组织生活，或连续六个月不做团组织分配的工作，均被认为是自行退团。团员自行退团，应由支部大会决定除名，并报上级委员会批准。
