释义	法律分析: 台湾原本实行的是义务兵役制度。就是年满18没上大学就必须当兵，上了大学的就大学毕业时，必须去当兵。但是从2002，开始实行义务与募兵相结合的方式。来经过一系列法律法规修订，到2006年以来，募兵的比例占到60%。马上台后，表示在2012年前全部实现募兵制。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国宪法》第五十三条中华人民共和国公民必须遵守宪法和法律，保守国家秘密，爱护公共财产，遵守劳动纪律，遵守公共秩序，尊重社会公德。
