问题	对方精神病是否可以撤销婚姻
释义	与精神病患者结婚不能撤销。我国法律以受胁迫和隐瞒重大疾病而结婚作为婚姻可撤销的原因。因此，精神病结婚不属于可撤销婚姻，当事人不能申请撤销。但是可以与精神病患者通过诉讼方式离婚。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十三条，一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内提出。
