释义	根据我国相关法律规定，其店名必须与营业执照上的一样，可以进行简化，但是不能完全不一样，完全不一样是违法的。法律依据：《企业名称登记管理规定》第二十条　企业的印章、银行账户、牌匾、信笺所使用的名称应当与登记注册的企业名称相同。从事商业、公共饮食、服务等行业的企业名称牌匾可适当简化，但应当报登记主管机关备案。
