释义	不会。法律没有明文规定违约金的具体限额，但是如果违约金过高，当事人是有权提出适当减少违约金的请求。如果违约金比例过高是由双方自愿、协商一致决定的，那么违约金的约定是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十五条约定的违约金低于造成的损失的，人民法院或者仲裁机构可以根据当事人的请求予以增加；约定的违约金过分高于造成的损失的，人民法院或者仲裁机构可以根据当事人的请求予以适当减少。
