释义	法律分析：土地承包权一般不可以继承。但是土地承包获得的承包收益，是可以继承的。如果承包的土地为林地，承包人死亡，其继承人可以继续承包。但是，只能在承包期限内继续承包。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第三十二条承包人应得的承包收益，依照继承法的规定继承。林地承包的承包人死亡，其继承人可以在承包期内继续承包。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十二条遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。
