释义	银行查看征信记录是以以家庭为单位的，已婚人士办理贷款，银行会查借款人及其配偶两个人的征信，如果配偶一方有逾期记录，即使不是逾期一方申请贷款，会影响到另一方的贷款申请。申请房贷都是夫妻双方共同申请，所以银行受理申请后，也会查看夫妻双方的信用情况，若任何一方有逾期情况都将影响房贷申请。根据多数银行的规定，若借款人近两年内有连续逾期三次或累计六次的情况，都无法获贷若借款人逾期情况不是很严重，那么银行会酌情考虑为其放款。
