办理食品经营许可证的流程一般为：1、携带本人身份证、个体工商户营业执照或法人登记证等主体资格证明的原件或者复印件，经过原件核对后，提交营业执照；2、到办理中心填写《食品经营许可证》申请书，相关人员对符合申请资格的申请书进行预审，在两个工作日内提出预审意见，并做出受理决定，对于符合审批条件的，相关部门可以出具食品经营许可证，不符合规定的，则需按要求修改补正后重新受理审查；3、食品经营者在工作日内需要到县级以上的地方食品药品监督管理局部门申请食品检测，管理人员依法对申请人的生产经营场所进行现场核查；对符合规定条件的，准予许可；4、检测符合规定后，即可依法取得食品经营许可证

《食品流通许可证管理办法》 第二十五条 食品经营者申请注销《食品流通许可证》的，应当向原许可机关提交下列申请材料：(一)《食品流通注销许可申请书》；(二)《食品流通许可证》正、副本；(三)与注销《食品流通许可证》相关的证明文件。许可机关受理注销申请后，经审核依法注销《食品流通许可证》。
