释义	校园暴力和校园霸凌是有区别的，校园暴力是指校园欺凌中的肢体欺凌，往往伴随恶性暴力事件，呈现团伙化，低幼化，预谋化，性质更为恶劣。而校园霸凌是指在校园内外学生间，一方单次或多次，蓄意或恶意通过肢体、语言及网络等手段实施欺负、侮辱，造成另一方身体伤害、财产损失或精神损害等的事件，校园欺凌多发生在中小学。校园欺凌分为单人实施的暴力，少数人数暴力，和多人实施暴力，实施环境地区多为校园周边或人少僻静处，甚至是明目张胆的在校园公共区域进行欺凌。
