释义	法律分析：一般情况下，前夫死亡的，那么前妻就可能要对共同债务承担连带清偿责任。共同债务的连带清偿责任是无条件的，并不以死亡方有没有遗产，或双方婚后有没有共同财产为条件。不管前夫有没有遗产，只要是共同债务，前妻就要进行清偿。前夫死亡后，前妻履行了连带清偿责任的，那前妻就有了向另一方追偿的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
