释义	法律分析：证人的条件：(1)凡是知道案件情况并有作证能力的人，都可以作为证人。(2)生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非，不能正确表达的人，不能作为证人。(3)证人只能是当事人以外知道案件情况的人。(4)证人具有不可代替性。(5)证人只能是自然人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
