合同已经生效了是否还能撤销
释义
合同已经生效了还能撤销。无论合同生效与否，只要符合法律规定的可撤销的情形都是可以撤销的。已生效的合同，在签订的过程中存在重大误解、显失公平以及举证证明一方存在欺诈、胁迫以及乘人之危的情形的话，都可以申请法院或者仲裁申请机构撤销合同。
法律依据
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条，基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
