包装贷款下款后正常还款可以吗 -法律知识 |

法律分析：
但给客户包装贷款相当于是把没有贷款资格的客户包装成为了有资格贷款的。如果贷款后，客户不能够及时将款项还上，或者说没有还款能力的客户，本身没有资格贷款，但是因为包装而成功取得了贷款，最后又无力还款，那么对于这个结果的造成，与客户的包装也是有一定的联系的，如果能够查证那么银行也是有可能追求共同承担责任的，一旦最终承担了责任，那么这个服务费的性质，就有存在不合法的可能，所以给客户包装贷款的行为是否存在问题，那就要看贷款后是否会产生不利的后果，是否会引起连锁反应。
