释义	法律分析：根据我国目前的相关法律规定，无期徒刑的刑期，需要从被判决宣判的当天开始计算，对于判决宣判前，羁押的天数不能算在犯罪分子的刑期内，无期徒刑如果减为有期徒刑后，需要执行有期徒刑，但是羁押的天数也不能算在刑期内。并且根据相关法律的规定，如果犯罪分子被判处无期徒刑，最低也要服刑十三年才可以出狱。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十六条被判处有期徒刑、无期徒刑的犯罪分子，在监狱或者其他执行场所执行;凡有劳动能力的，都应当参加劳动，接受教育和改造。
