释义	法律分析：村委房子没有保障。小产权房是指在农民集体土地上建设的房屋，未缴纳土地出让金等费用，其产权证不是由国家房管部门颁发，而是属于村委会。国家现在是严禁一切小产权房在建、在售行为，小产权房没有交纳国有土地出让金，不能在房管局办理备案，到以后入住没有保障，拆迁时也是问题。法律依据：《确定土地使用权的所有权的若干规定》第四十八条非农业户口居民（含华侨）原在农村的宅基础，房屋产权没有变化的，可依法确定其集体土地建设用地使用权。房屋拆除后没有批准重建的，土地使用权由集体收回。
