释义	刑法中关于危险物品肇事罪的量刑规定是犯本罪的，处3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。违反爆炸性、易燃性、放射性、毒害性、腐蚀性物品的管理规定，在生产、储存、运输、使用中发生重大事故致多人伤亡的、或者造成严重的经济损失的等，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十六条违反爆炸性、易燃性、放射性、毒害性、腐蚀性物品的管理规定，在生产、储存、运输、使用中发生重大事故，造成严重后果的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；后果特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
