释义	法律分析：教育与宗教相分离的原则主要有两方面的内容：一是国民教育领域内的各级各类学校及其他教育机构，教师和其他教育工作者应当尊重公民宗教信仰的自由，不得侵犯公民宗教信仰自由的基本权利，既不歧视信仰宗教的学生或者其他受教育者，也不强迫学生或者其他受教育者信仰某种宗教，更不强迫学生或者其他受教育者不信仰宗教。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教育法》第八条教育活动必须符合国家和社会公共利益。国家实行教育与宗教相分离。任何组织和个人不得利用宗教进行妨碍国家教育制度的活动。
