释义	法律分析: 农民工是指在本地乡镇企业或者进入城镇务工的农业户口人员，是有农村户口，有承包土地，但离开户籍所在地，主要从事非农产业的人员。有广义和狭义之分：广义的农民工包括两部分人，一部分是指在本地乡镇企业就业的离土不离乡的农村劳动力，另一部分是指外出进入城镇从事第二产业、第三产业的离土又离乡的农村劳动力义的农民工主要是指后一部分人。法律依据: 《保障农民工工资支付条例》第三条农民工有按时足额获得工资的权利。任何单位和个人不得拖欠农民工工资。
