释义	法律分析：作为投保人随时可以解除保险合同（退保），跟你是什么身份没有关系。但是退保只能根据保险合同里面的现金价值表办理。如果是保障型险种，建议不要退保。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第三十九条人身保险的受益人由被保险人或者投保人指定。第二十三条任何单位和个人不得非法干预保险人履行赔偿或者给付保险金的义务，也不得限制被保险人或者受益人取得保险金的权利。
