释义	我以每天150元的价格租了台轿车，在前天包括我租的所有小区里的车都被淹了。去4S店检查说电脑版少了我在本市租了一台本田风范车，以每天150元的价格使用了将近两个月了，就在前天下大雨了，早晨一起来看到小区里的车，包括我租的这台车全部都被淹了。雨水淹到车内的仪表台下面了。等到下午水撤了，我把租车行的人叫来了，一起去4S店检查的车，工作人员说电脑版这一块烧了，要整车清洗，换电脑版全下来要2-3万。车方没有上这个保险，我想请教各位老师这钱该谁出?谢谢
