释义	侦查阶段，存在有碍侦查或者可能泄露国家秘密的情形的，公安机关可以不许会见。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第四十九条公安机关不许可会见的，应当书面通知辩护律师，并说明理由。有碍侦查或者可能泄露国家秘密的情形消失后，公安机关应当许可会见。有下列情形之一的，属于本条规定的“有碍侦查”: (一)可能毁灭、伪造证据，干扰证人作证或者串供的二)可能引起犯罪嫌疑人自残、自杀或者逃跑的(三) 可能引起同案犯逃避、妨碍侦查的四)犯罪嫌疑人的家属与犯罪有牵连的。
