入住酒店信息会上传公安吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
在旅馆开房的时候登记的个人信息，会传给警方。宾馆在客人入住时都会要求客人出示身份证进行登记，住店旅客信息采集系统是和公安局联网的，也就是宾馆录入信息进入电脑后，公安局那边的系统就能收到这个信息，电脑上的这个信息是长期保存的。公安局可以查到每个人的住宿记录，这也是公安网上追逃的主要手段。
法律依据:
《旅馆业治安管理办法》 第六条 旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。
接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
