释义	法律分析：强制猥中强制主要是指用暴力手段，强制猥亵的暴力手段不同于抢劫罪中的暴力手段，本罪中所谓暴力手段是指对被害人实施的人身强制手段，如：使用殴打、捆绑、伤害、掐脖子、堵嘴、按倒等手段，使被害人处于不能反抗或者不能抗拒的有形手段。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。猥亵儿童的，依照前两款的规定从重处罚。
