释义	昆明非标电动车2023年之后全面禁止上路。在昆明所公布的电动自行车管理通告里面,已经明确的规定,非标电动车截止到2023年的4月15日之后,将不可以再继续上路行驶了。符合新国标的电动车要求最大的设计时速是不能超过25千米每小时。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十一条驾驶机动车上道路行驶，应当悬挂机动车号牌，放置检验合格标志、保险标志，并随车携带机动车行驶证。机动车号牌应当按照规定悬挂并保持清晰、完整，不得故意遮挡、污损。任何单位和个人不得收缴、扣留机动车号牌。
