释义	用人单位与劳动者建立劳动关系的，要在30天内签订劳动合同，签订劳动合同要明确劳动合同的期限，签订了一年的劳动合同，劳动者可以与用人单位协商解除劳动合同，或者提前30天通知用人单位解除劳动合同，劳动合同解除后可以离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条，用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
