释义	一般急辞工是不能当天走的。根据国家相关法律的规定，急辞工如果是已经签订劳动合同的话，那么是在递交完辞职报告的三天之后才可以走。但是如果是和用人单位协商一致的话，那么急辞工是可以提前解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
