释义	法律分析：辅警不可以单独开警车。法律依据：《警车管理规定》第十四条公安机关、国家安全机关、监狱管理机关、人民法院、人民检察院应当严格管理本部门的警车。警车除执行本规定第二条所列任务外，不得挪作他用。警车应当由警车所属单位的人民警察驾驶，驾驶警车时应当按照规定着制式警服（驾驶汽车可不戴警帽，驾驶摩托车应当戴制式警用安全头盔），持有机动车驾驶证和人民警察证。驾驶实习期内的人民警察不得驾驶警车。人民警察驾驶警车到异地执行职务的，应当遵守有关办案协作的规定。
