释义	法律分析：不满两周岁（以起飞日期为准）的婴儿乘机按成人票价的10%购买婴儿票。已满2周岁未满12周岁（以起飞日期为准）的儿童，按同一航班成人普通票价的50%付费，提供座位。法律依据：《中国民用航空旅客行李运输规则》第十五条革命残废军人凭《革命残废军人抚恤证》，按适用票价的80%购票。儿童按适用成人票价的50%购买儿童票，提供座位。婴儿按适用成人票价的10%购买婴儿票，不提供座位；如需要单独占用座位时，应购买儿童票。每一成人旅客携带婴儿超过一名时，超过的人数应购儿童票。
