释义	法律分析：博物馆对社会公众的捐赠，应履行必要的程序。这既是对受赠者负责，也是对捐赠者负责，更是对博物馆作为公共文化机构所负社会责任的真实担当。法律依据：《博物馆条例》第二十条博物馆接受捐赠的，应当遵守有关法律、行政法规的规定。博物馆可以依法以举办者或者捐赠者的姓名、名称命名博物馆的馆舍或者其他设施；非国有博物馆还可以依法以举办者或者捐赠者的姓名、名称作为博物馆馆名。
