释义	法律分析：年休假即年假，是指劳动者在连续工作一年以上后，用人单位给予劳动者休假的一种政策。此时劳动者仍然能够有着正常的工资收入。年休假天数如下：劳动者工作满一年未满十年的，可以有五天的休假；劳动者工作十年到二十年的，其年假有十天；劳动者工作二十年以上的，其年假为十五天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
