释义	律师分析: 破坏网线，已经造成或可能造成不特定多数的单位和个人无法正常进话音或数据通信活动的，或由此可能引起其他严重后果的，构成破坏公用电信设施罪。处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑;造成严重后果的，处七年以上有期徒刑。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百二十四条破坏广播电视设施、公用电信设施，危害公共安全的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑;造成严重后果的，处七年以上有期徒刑。过失犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑;情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
