全国征兵网二次入伍怎么报名？ |

二次入伍指的是退出现役、返回地方的退役士兵再次加入中国人民解放军、中国人民武装警察部队。想要二次入伍的退役军人可以去全国征兵网，上面有咨询窗口，也可以咨询地方武装部。二次入伍的条件其实和第一次一样，需要进行网上报名，体检和政审，走访调查，役前训练，预定新兵，批准入伍等。
第一步就是要通过网上应征报名，这一点对于曾经去部队当过兵的人来说，应该非常熟悉，只要你能够顺利通过网上报名，就可以选择应征入伍。
第二步就是参加各地征兵办组织的体检和政考，这一步对于去部队当过兵的青年也非常清楚，只要你能够符合体检和政考的要求，通过相应的检查以后，直接就可以称为双合格青年。
第三步就是参加各地征兵办组织的役前教育训练。
第四步就是定兵，只要你通过定兵以后，就可以到部队当兵，具体能够去哪里当兵，就要看当地入伍的名额有哪些。
第五步就是由部队的接兵干部，将所有的新兵接到部队去。
经过五个步骤以后，你就可以到部队当兵，也就完成了二次入伍的流程，只要在部队当兵期间表现不错，能够在部队的复检当中不出现问题，就可以直接在部队当兵完成二次入伍所有的步骤。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国兵役法》第十二条
每年十二月三十一日以前年满十八周岁的男性公民，应当被征集服现役。当年未被征集的，在二十二周岁以前仍可以被征集服现役，普通高等学校毕业生的征集年龄可以放宽至二十四周岁。根据军队需要，可以按照前款规定征集女性公民服现役。根据军队需要和本人自愿，可以征集当年十二月三十一日以前年满十七周岁未满十八周岁的公民服现役。
