释义	法律分析: 不可以。根据我国义务教育法，适龄儿童必须进行义务教育，但对非校园教育并未进行规范。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第十三条父母或者其他监护人应当尊重未成年人受教育的权利，必须使适龄未成年人依法入学接受并完成义务教育，不得使接受义务教育的未成年人辍学。第五十八条适龄儿童、少年的父母或者其他法定监护人无正当理由未依照本法规定送适龄儿童、少年入学接受义务教育的，由当地乡镇人民政府或者县级人民政府教育行政部门给予批评教育，责令限期改正。
