释义	法律分析：股权财产权即股东基于自己的出资而享受红利的权利。如获得股息红利的权利，公司解散时分配财产的权利以及不同意其他股东转让出资额时的优先受让权。这是股东为了自己的利益而行使的权利。而分红权，只是股权财产权中的一部分，即获得股息红利的权利。因此，分红权是股权的一部分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。
