问题	有的进口食品尚无食品安全国家标准能否进口
释义	通常来讲，进口的食品应当符合我国食品安全国家标准。如果进口的某种食品，国家通用标准中没有包括或者尚未制定食品安全标准的分类标准，那么境外出口商、境外生产企业或者其委托的进口商应当向国务院卫生行政部门提交所执行的相关国家（地区）食品安全标准或者国际标准。国务院卫生行政部门对相关标准进行审查后，认为符合食品安全要求的，决定暂予适用，该食品就可以进口到中国来。国务院卫生行政部门应当及时制定相应的食品安全国家标准。法律依据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十三条
