对于提前退休的公务员，其退休待遇是不变的。提前退休公务员的退休待遇包括：
政治待遇、生活待遇以及住房、医疗等其它福利待遇。其计发办法为：
1、职务工资、级别工资按一定比例计发，基础工资、工具工资均按原工资的100%计发。
2、地区津贴：国家公务员退休后，可享受原单位所在地同职级在职人员的地区津贴。
3、物价、生活补贴和各项福利待遇。
4、医疗和伤残保险待遇：国家公务员退休后，可继续享受同职级在职国家公务员的医疗待遇，保证退休公务员有病能得到及时有效的治疗。对因公(工)致残的退休公务员，除发给基本退休金外，另发给因公伤残保险金。其中对生活不能自理、饮食起居需要人扶助的，每月再发给一定数额的护理费。
5、住房待遇：
(一)基础工资和工龄工资按本人退休时的标准全额发给。
(二)职务工资和级别工资根据不同工龄按以下比例计发：
（1）工作年限满35年的，按88%的比例计发；
（2）工作年限满30年不满35年的，按82%的比例计发；
（3）工作年限满20年不满30年的，按75%的比例计发；
（4）工作年限满10年不满20年的，按60%的比例计发；
（5）工作年限在10年以下的，按40%的比例计发。

第九十三条 公务员符合下列条件之一的，本人自愿提出申请，经任免机关批准，可以提前退休：
(一)工作年限满三十年的;
(二)距国家规定的退休年龄不足五年，且工作年限满二十年的;
(三)符合国家规定的可以提前退休的其他情形的。
第九十四条 公务员退休后，享受国家规定的养老金和其他待遇，国家为其生活和健康提供必要的服务和帮助，鼓励发挥个人专长，参与社会发展。
