释义	放弃债务的公证书是可以撤销的,但只能是公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的情况下公证机构才会撤销公证书,否则,当事人或其公证书的利害关系人都不能单方面的撤销公证书。【法律依据】《公证法》第三十九条，当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效；公证书有其他错误的，公证机构应当予以更正。
