释义	法律分析：驾驶证买分是违法的，车管所查到罚款500元，驾驶证暂扣三个月，15天以内拘留。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规则》第五十五条道路交通安全违法行为累积记分周期(即记分周期)为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。依据道路交通安全违法行为的严重程度，一次记分的分值为：12分、6分、3分、2分、1分五种。第五十六条对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，处罚与记分同时执行。机动车驾驶人一次有两个以上违法行为记分的，应当分别计算，累加分值。
