我国的环境主管部门分为国务院环境保护主管部门、县级以上地方人民政府环境保护主管部门等。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第十条 国务院环境保护主管部门，对全国环境保护工作实施统一监督管理;县级以上地方人民政府环境保护主管部门，对本行政区域环境保护工作实施统一监督管理。
县级以上人民政府有关部门和军队环境保护部门，依照有关法律的规定对资源保护和污染防治等环境保护工作实施监督管理。
