公司欠钱董事承担责任吗

法律主观：

公司欠钱股东一般不需要承担责任。公司是企业法人，公司负债由公司的全部财产承担。股东按照公司章程规定的期限缴纳出资即可，但股东出资不足的，在公司财产不足以清偿债务时，应当在未出资范围内承担连带清偿责任。

法律客观：

《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十二条法定代表人因执行职务造成他人损害的，由法人承担民事责任。法人承担民事责任后，依照法律或者法人章程的规定，可以向有过错的法定代表人追偿。
