释义	法律分析：如果由于疫情情况严重，导致无法继续履行合同义务，那么是可以无责退租的，因为已经构成了不可抗力，可以基于不可抗力要求解除合同。合同解除后租金可以退还。此外如果对方有一些违法租赁合同的约定，也可以基于违约行为给予合同，目的已经不能实现，来请求解除合同，此时也是可以要求解除合同之后进行赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
