6、参保人在报销时，需要准备住院就医所用到的相关资料，如门诊病历本、出院记录、出院诊断书（疾病诊断书）、住院发票（可以报门诊的提供门诊发票）、住院费用总清单、医保结算单、如果住院做了CT、超声、心电图等检查的提供相关检查报告；
7、出院结算，相关资料提交之后，在医保报销窗口进行报销即可，审核通过之后，所报销的金额通常会在15个工作日左右到账。

社会保险行政部门和卫生行政部门应当建立异地就医医疗费用结算制度，方便参保人员享受基本医疗保险待遇。
