单方面解约合同要赔违约金么？
释义
客户单方面终止合同,属于单方违约,应该按照合同约定的违约责任条款承担相应的违约责任。如果合同未明确规定违约责任,但是合同一方交纳了定金,则交纳定金方违约,对方不退还定金,接受定金方违约,则双倍返还定金。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条
当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
