释义	公民权利是为公民所拥有、为宪法和法律所保障的合法权利。公民正确行使权利，要遵守以下几点：（1）首先要尊重他人权利，在行使权利的过程中不得侵犯他人权利；（2）不得损害国家的、社会的、集体的利益，要以保护国家、社会、集体的利益为前提；（3）必须要在法律允许的范围内行使公民权利；（4）必须要以合法方式行使公民权利。法律依据《宪法》第五十一条中华人民共和国公民在行使自由和权利的时候，不得损害国家的、社会的、集体的利益和其他公民的合法的自由和权利。
