释义	法律分析：劳动法规定，劳动者提供正常劳动时，用人单位必须支付工资报酬。如果员工在工作岗位没有偷懒、懒惰等不良行为，公司不应处罚，需全额发放工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次。
