释义	探视权纠纷应该由被告的住所地或者经常居住地人民法院管辖,不是任意一个法院都有管辖权的。经常居住地指公民离开住所地最后连续居住一年以上的地方。但住医院治病的除外。公民由其户籍所在地迁出后至迁入另一地之前,无经常居住地的,仍以其原户籍所在地为住所。法条根据：最高人民法院在2001年12月27日起施行的《关于适用〈中华人民共和国婚姻法》若干问题的解释(-)》第24条提供了法律救深的途径:当事人就探视权问题单独提起诉讼的,人民法院应予受理。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
