释义	不能。只要劳动关系存在，就不可以自己解除工伤保险。工伤保险是社会保险之一，依法参加工伤保险是法律强制性规定，不以劳动者本人或者用人单位意志改变，只要劳动关系存在，就必须依法参加工伤保险。劳动关系终止或者解除，用人单位自解除或者终止之日起停止缴费，工伤保险关系终止。职工参加工伤保险，本人不缴费，由用人单位缴纳工伤保险费。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十二条《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第三十三条、第三十五条
