释义	法律分析：任何学校均没有毕业证工本费这个开支项目。典型属于乱收费。但是许多学校都收取，一般30元左右。学校是不会开“毕业证工本费”收据的。法律依据：《教育部关于当前加强高等学校学历证书规范管理的通知》第七条国家和省级教育行政部门要加强对高等教育学历证书的监督与管理，严格学历证书电子注册制度。对违规操作、滥发学历证书的高等学校，要追究有关人员的责任，并由教育行政部门宣布证书无效，责令收回或者予以没收；情节严重的，取消其颁发证书的资格。
