没签合同可以随时离职

法律分析：没签劳动合同，并不意味着可以随时辞职，还是要根据法定程序来：转正的员工需提前30天书面通知单位，试用期内员工需提前3天书面通知单位。
同时没签劳动合同的，可以主张双倍工资。如果单位又没有帮劳动者买社保、漏发加班工资等的，都可以在辞职时一并主张。
法律依据：《劳动合同法》第十条 建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
